We have a 15-day return window upon delivery.

To request a return for MerchMixer Shopify app users:

1. Run the MerchMixer app on Shopify and click on "Approved Orders".

2. Hover your mouse over the order that needs a return and click on "Refund Request".

3. Next, click on the "Request Return/Refund" button and fill in the details for the return. Our support staff will then be in contact with you shortly to assist.

To request a return for MerchMixer Dropship Portal users:

The MerchMixer Dropship portal is a separate and independent platform for resellers.

To request a return, log on to your Dropship Portal Reseller Dashboard (link here: https://merchmixer.flxpoint.com/login)

Find and click on the order that requires a return. Then, take note of the order ID.

Email [email protected] to process the return.

Once a return request is made, we then verify and coordinate with the supplier for RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and return shipping address. Once the product is shipped back, resellers must send the return tracking info to support for verification.

Once the item is received and approved, the supplier then refunds the fulfillment cost.

Note: Please do not refund your customer until the return has been approved by the supplier.

As for MerchMixer membership subscription fees, we do not offer them at this time. If you believe you are entitled to a membership subscription fee refund, please contact us, and we will evaluate them on a case-by-case basis.
